We are seeking an experienced and adaptable ServiceNow Developer to join our team. Your Responsibilities
Design & Development: Create and customize applications and modules using JavaScript, Web Services, MYSQL, XML, HTML, and CSS to meet evolving business needs.
Configuration & Customization: Tailor ServiceNow applications, including workflows, forms, and reports, to support business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.
Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems and third-party applications, facilitating a smooth transition and maintaining operational continuity.
Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve issues within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring uninterrupted service.
Support & Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications, managing updates, patches, and continuous improvements.
Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, process owners, and newly integrated team members, to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer or in a similar role, with experience in transition projects preferred
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies, with strong experience in ServiceNow development, including custom applications and integrations
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or equivalent certification is preferred
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Experience with ITIL processes and IT Service Management (ITSM) best practices, particularly in the context of organizational change
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of on-prem, cloud computing, and SaaS environments
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is a plus
