You will report directly to our Customer Marketing Manager, Alex Malench, and will work closely with the Field Marketing and CS teams across all countries where Agicap operates (Italy, France, Germany, UK, and Spain).

🚀 What you’ll learn in the job :
Event Planning & Execution : Gain hands-on experience in planning and promoting both online and offline events. You’ll help organize customer webinars that highlight our most exciting product features, as well as exclusive in-person experiences—like customer dinners and VIP events—that foster strong, meaningful connections with our clients.
Driving Revenue Through Marketing : Learn how to design and execute marketing initiatives that generate up-sell and cross-sell opportunities. Your projects will directly support the Customer Success team and contribute to Agicap’s overall revenue growth.
Customer Activation & Engagement : Understand how to keep customers happy and actively using our product post-purchase. You’ll work on initiatives to boost engagement, ensure adoption, and communicate product updates effectively—maximizing long-term customer satisfaction and retention.
Customer Advocacy & Reputation Management : Discover how to turn satisfied customers into brand advocates. You’ll identify promoters within our customer base, run targeted campaigns to amplify their voices and help manage Agicap’s presence on key review platforms like G2, Capterra, Google, and Trustpilot.
Community Building : Be part of launching and growing Agicap’s online community for finance and treasury professionals. You’ll contribute to content creation, community engagement, and strategic planning to help make this initiative a success.
Project Management : Learn how to manage cross-functional projects from start to finish. You’ll gain valuable experience managing timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables that directly impact Agicap’s customers, revenue, and brand reputation.
You are in the final stages of your Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or have already completed it
You have initial project management skills and excellent communication skills
You are ambitious and motivated to achieve your goals, want to learn and drive your team forward
You have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, effectively process large volumes of information, and consistently meet deadlines while achieving objectives
You are a native Italian speaker, and you’re fluent in English
You’re passionate about new technologies
