You will join the Customer Success team, responsible for training, platform customization, and ongoing customer support throughout their lifecycle at Agicap!
As a member of the Customer Success Tech team, your missions will be:
In collaboration with Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Tech teams, your goal will be to enable customers to quickly access all necessary banking data for their cash flow management on the platform.
You will be responsible for:
1. Integrating customer banking data:
As the technical expert, you will assist new clients in integrating their banking data into the tool, crucial for long-term customer satisfaction and loyalty.
To best support them, it is important to:
- Support the client in their interactions with banks for contract setup.
- Master internal processes for seamless data integration.
- Propose solutions to resolve issues during implementations or contract execution.
- Communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure rapid data integration into Agicap and efficient problem resolution.
2. Contributing to team development and process construction:
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
- Establish documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Advocate for client needs to product teams to prioritize new functionalities.
