You will join the Customer Success team, which is responsible for training, customizing the platform, and supporting the customer throughout their lifecycle at Agicap!
As a member of the Customer Success Tech team, you will act as the bridge between our two largest departments: Sales (contract negotiation and signing) and Customer Success.
Your missions:
In collaboration with the Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Tech teams, your mission will be to enable the client to quickly access all necessary cash flow management information on the platform.
You will be responsible for:
1. Integrating client data:
For our new clients, you will be the technical expert assisting them in defining the data to integrate into the tool and the best method to do so. Your intervention is crucial for long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
To support them effectively, it’s important to:
∙ Understand the technical and financial needs of B2B clients across various sectors
∙ Master the tools for proper connectivity between our clients’ information systems and Agicap (Excel matrices, APIs, EBICS, bank connectors, SFTP)
∙ Propose solutions to clients that best meet their needs considering technical constraints
∙ Communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the rapid implementation of Agicap
2. Contributing to team development and process building:
∙ You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools
∙ You will create the necessary documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer within the team
∙ As a true advocate for the client internally, you will be responsible for conveying client needs to the product teams to assist in prioritizing new features.
Additionally, you will have opportunities for specialization based on your interests:
∙ Expert in banking connectivity (PSD2, EBICS, SWIFT, SFTP Server)
∙ Expert in third-party software connectivity (accounting, invoicing)
