About the position 🎯

As a Demand Generation Manager - North America, you will be at the forefront of driving lead acquisition and revenue growth in North America, creating targeted campaigns and optimizing marketing operations to contribute to business success.

The missions

Your primary goal is to deliver high-quality SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads) to the sales team. You’ll work closely with sales to ensure that the leads you generate meet their expectations and are valuable for conversion. Actively reviewing and validating lead quality will be key to your success, along with maintaining accountability for pipeline metrics to ensure leads progress smoothly through the funnel. 

To do this, you will be responsible to: 

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, paid media, events) to generate high-quality leads for the North American market. 
  • Support the development and execution of an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, targeting mid-market and enterprise accounts. 
  • Collaborate closely with sales to align on lead generation goals, optimize handoff processes, and ensure leads are converted into new opportunities. 
  • Analyze campaign performance and utilize data-driven insights to optimize and improve ROI, focusing on metrics that drive revenue. 
  • Manage regional events and webinars that generate leads, ensuring efficient post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline growth. 
  • Work with marketing automation tools to ensure the seamless execution of campaigns and maintain accurate tracking of all activities in our CRM.

    • A marketing operations pro: You understand the marketing funnel and are proficient in using automation tools to drive scalable results.
    • A strategic thinker: You are able to create and execute demand generation strategies that align with Agorapulse’s growth goals.
    • Data-driven: Skilled in using data to drive decisions, track performance metrics, and optimize campaigns for revenue impact.
    • An ABM expert: You have experience with Account-Based Marketing and targeting key accounts in the mid-market or enterprise space.
