Missions & Responsibilities
To support our team on a daily basis, we are looking for someone who will take charge of the following missions:
Accounting
Preparation of purchase requests
Monitoring of the processing of customer and supplier invoices
Recording of accounting transactions in internal accounting tools
Analysis of balances and justification of accounts
Management of provisions
HR data Analyst
Reporting & training data analysis
Updating and monitoring in the LMS (Human Resources information system)
Building and maintaining dashboards (Power Bi, Looker Studio)
Support to the various program directors
For this position, we are looking for the following qualities:
Bac+4/5 level
Mastery of office tools (Google suite) + Looker studio/Power BI
Listening skills, time and priority management
Autonomy, initiative, adaptability
Reliability and rigor
Fluent English spoken and written (minimum B2 level)

The alternance takes place in the Group's historic headquarters in the heart of Paris on Quai d'Orsay.
