As Akur8 continues to expand, we’re looking for a Sales Operations - Controlling to support our growth and help shape the future of our Sales Ops function. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact and be part of building a forward-thinking Sales Ops team.

You will evolve within an international environment and work closely with our subsidiaries located in Paris, Atlanta, Tokyo, London, Madrid, and Montreal.

The role has a global scope and involves cross-functional, strategic projects across all departments of the company, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Legal. As a member of a dynamic, international team with diverse backgrounds, most of your daily interactions and responsibilities will be conducted in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deployment and allocation of sales targets across global entities.
  • Monitoring and forecasting business activity through Salesforce CRM.
  • Creation and implementation of international dashboards to track performance.
  • Weekly reporting and analysis of key sales and operational KPIs.
  • Preparation and presentation of quarterly and annual financial results to leadership.
  • CRM Analytics and insights generation to support strategic decision-making.
  • Analysis and continuous improvement of internal processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Management of the sales commission process, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Maintenance and updating of the client database to ensure data quality and consistency.

Requirements

You are currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program from a top Business School, and are looking for a 2 years apprenticeship, starting between June and September.

You’ll be a great fit if you match the followings : 

  • You have an excellent command of IT tools (Microsoft Office Suite) and management principles.
  • You are capable of thriving in a high-growth environment and interacting regularly with the company’s executive committee.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory.
  • Rigor, autonomy, strong analytical and synthesis skills, respect for deadlines, and effective communication abilities are essential qualities for this position.

Important: You must possess an employment status: French or Schengen area nationality or a ‘carte de séjour’ that will allow you to work from our Paris office. We are equally open to the visa sponsorship of non-EU candidates as long as they are already in possession of their final diploma / attestation of their final academic results.
