As Akur8 scales, we are excited to bring on our first Business Performance Manager to help define and refine the metrics that drive our success.

As Akur8's first Business Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the way we track, analyze, and report our company’s performance. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you will work across departments to define key performance indicators (KPIs), build robust reporting processes, and foster a data-driven culture within the company. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact in a high-growth environment while collaborating with a dynamic and diverse team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Define and Document KPIs
• Clearly define and document Akur8’s KPIs at Board, Management, and Operational levels.
• Collaborate with department heads to identify metrics that align with company objectives.
2. Develop KPI Tracking and Reporting Processes
• Build efficient, precise processes to track company performance.
• Create and update reports for Management and the Board, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
3. Implement Tooling and Automation
• Introduce and progressively implement tools to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of KPI monitoring.
• Leverage data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to create clear, actionable dashboards.
4. Establish Governance Around KPI Monitoring
• Define and maintain governance processes for consistent KPI tracking and reporting.
• Ensure the organization adopts a data-driven decision-making culture.
5. Cross-Department Collaboration
• Work with teams across Sales, Finance, Tech, and HR to understand their needs and objectives and translate them into measurable KPIs 

The role is based in Paris, France, as such, preference will be shown to candidates who are either local or willing to relocate. 

Important: You must possess an employment status: French or Schengen area nationality or a ‘carte de séjour’ that will allow you to work from our Paris office. 

Requirements

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled at interpreting data, managing multiple projects, and communicating complex insights clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in finance, consulting, or as a business analyst.
• Skills:
• Highly analytical with a strong aptitude for numbers.
• Excellent attention to detail and a rigorous approach to work.
• Sharp business acumen and ability to align metrics with strategic goals.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in reporting and data analysis tools, such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Attributes:
• A proactive mindset and ability to drive projects independently.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously.
• Collaborative and adept at working with cross-functional teams.
• Languages: Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
