As an Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for setting up and optimizing advertising campaigns to generate qualified leads and increase brand awareness for Albert School and Eugenia School. Your role will combine technical expertise, strategic campaign management, and performance optimization.
Define and execute the acquisition strategy on paid media to generate qualified leads and/or branding campaigns based on growth objectives.
Manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms (e.g., Snapchat).
Implement advanced tracking strategies using GA4, HubSpot, Google Tag Manager, and new analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness.
Analyze campaign performance by creating dashboards and leveraging SQL databases.
Optimize advertising budgets based on KPIs (CPL, CAC, etc.) to maximize return on investment.
Identify and leverage new content trends to adapt messaging and creative formats to the expectations of target audiences.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to design engaging and high-performing ad assets.
4–5 years of experience in digital acquisition, with a strong focus on lead generation.
Solid experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
Ability to manage advertising budgets and optimize campaigns in real time to maximize results.
Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Expertise in building dashboards and performance reports (e.g., Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau).
Good foundation in JavaScript for managing tracking and campaign performance tools.
Strong acquisition strategy skills: market trend analysis, channel optimization, and budget management.
Good understanding of content trends and ability to write engaging copy and scripts for campaigns.
Skilled in audience segmentation and campaign personalization to reach specific targets.
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into concrete actions to improve lead acquisition.
Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers and making data-driven decisions.
