The Customer Success team is at the heart of Aletiq’s mission, driving our customers’ success through seamless implementation, rapid adoption, and long-term satisfaction. In this role, you’ll directly influence our clients’ success and play a pivotal role in fueling Aletiq’s growth and impact.
Tailored Implementation: Collaborate with clients to design new workflows, manage technical rollouts, and drive adoption through training and change management.
Customer Engagement: Build trusted relationships, address inquiries, and provide support when needed to ensure customer success.
Knowledge Enablement: Empower users with training, videos, and articles while maximizing their understanding of Aletiq’s features and benefits.
Feedback and Product Development: Serve as the customer’s voice, sharing insights with the Product team and resolving technical challenges effectively.
Use Case Expansion: Identify and promote new opportunities that align with client goals and drive further adoption of Aletiq’s solutions.
Support Business Growth: Collaborate with Sales to identify upsell opportunities and demonstrate Aletiq’s impact through measurable ROI assessments.
A first experience in consulting, project management, or a similar customer-facing role.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusting relationships quickly.
Enthusiastic and energetic, with a proven ability to inspire and drive change in client teams.
Self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Tech savvy, with curiosity to understand technical challenges.
Fluency in both French and English is required.
Willingness to travel (~6 days per month to locations such as France, USA, Canada, Turkey) and a valid driver’s license.
