We are looking for a laboratory technician whose mission will be to:
● Assist in the creation, improvement, and development of food product recipes.
● Maintain and manage the R&D database (technical sheets, technical documentation, experimental protocols/results, etc.).
● Ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the laboratory.
● Monitor and manage raw material and laboratory supply stocks.
● Prepare sampling products for events/strategic meetings.
This position requires a Bac+2/+3 degree in food product formulation or any CAP/BTS-level training in pastry or culinary arts.
Experience in pastry product formulation/manufacturing is a plus.
