As a Mid-Senior Device Theorist your mission will be to contribute to the development of the internal simulation tool suite used to design and analyse the performance of our quantum processors.
This includes leading cutting-edge research projects on advanced numerical methods for simulating noisy quantum systems, follow the state-of-the-art in this domain and adapt these methods to the bosonic processors of Alice&Bob. An important part of the role will be to integrate these methods into the in-house software ecosystem to ensure all of the R&D teams benefit from these methods.
Responsibilities
Lead research activities related to efficient numerical methods for the simulation of near-term bosonic processorsManage the development and the integration of these tools into Alice&Bob software ecosystemWork in close collaboration with Experimentalists and Microwave Engineers to validate simulations with experimental dataRequirements
