Over the past years, the Revenue Marketing team has mostly focused its efforts on merchant acquisition to create a successful lead generation machine to feed the sales team. Fresh, available inbound & outbound leads were our core interest.

In 2025, the Revenue Marketing aims to shape its actions around strong editorial pillars and omnichannel campaigns to continue to deliver fresh leads to the Sales teams, while adding a fundamental brick to its foundation: clients & leads nurturing with quality & numerous content.

Today, we want to grow our business by fostering deeper relationships with our audience, and be constantly “top-of-mind” when it comes to payment solution, whether it’s because of our expertise, our memorability, our value proposition…

We are looking for a Senior B2B Content Manager to join our existing content team and to lay the foundation of a Content Factory. Acting as both a campaign conductor and a content creator, this person will also work in collaboration with Sales, Account Manager, Product, and other Marketing team members.

This role is part of the Revenue department, within the Revenue Marketing team. You will be working alongside Sophie, our Content Manager, and you will report to the Head of Revenue Marketing.

What you will be doing:

Senior member within the Revenue team, your role will be mainly to:

  • Contribute to our market and industries expertises through the production of quality and engaging content
  • Co-define the yearly strategy of nurturing campaigns to engage our leads & clients around our editorial pillars & key moments.
  • Oversee, develop and execute these campaigns, leveraging the marketing & design specialists throughout Alma: SEO & SEA specialist, graphic designer, content producer, video editor, event manager, automation expert.
  • Promote the use of each campaigns’ assets among Sales & Account Managers, and gather their feedback to improve campaigns’ impact over time.
  • Track & report this impact for each campaign

Is it you we are looking for ?

You will be a good fit for the role if you have these skill:

  • A deep knowledge of content production and use in B2B, able to define the angle, the narrative, the business objectives, while being accountable for the timeline, the produced assets and their production setup.
  • An good command of all other marketing roles: as the leads on campaigns, you have a basic understanding of SEO, SEA, content production, event management and ABM constraints & opportunities.
  • Very strong project management capabilities: you have solid organizational skills and the ability to manage various contributions from around the team and the company
  • Good command in lead & clients nurturing: you know the Sales & AM daily work and their needs, and are able to quickly come up with marketing tailored solutions to help them with specific target audiences.
  • Impact-driven: you know how to prioritize your tasks, define key results to achieve, and focus on what matters most.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in CRM systems
  • Doer mindset: you are not afraid of taking responsibility and getting your hands dirty as we are still a growing organization
  • A perfect and native French speaker, with top-notch written syntax to build the best content

🤓 About you

Experience wise

  • You have a proven track record in producing multiple types of content: webinars, white papers, blog articles, social media static posts & ads, written and video testimonials, landing pages, newsletters, infographics…
  • You have a proven track record of contributing to revenue growth through integrated marketing initiatives with Sales and/or Account Managers
  • You have at least 5 years of B2B marketing experience, with a focus on marketing campaigns
  • You have worked in scale-up environment, with companies featuring consequent individual clients portfolio (> 1000)
