We are looking for an Engineering Ops to work with our teams. As a key member of the department's leadership, you will streamline processes, drive cross-team projects, and establish efficient governance structures to enable our teams to perform at their best.

You will report directly to the CTO and work closely with various key stakeholders. Your day-to-day collaboration will include partnering with engineering teams, product management, senior engineering leadership, and a range of business stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment.

About the mlssion 

Your main missions are to:

• Develop and implement governance frameworks that ensure consistency and alignment across engineering teams.
• Coordinate cross-team effort, to drive multi-team projects to successful completion, ensuring transparent communication on progress and blockers.
• Drive high-level initiatives to support the leadership, for example the department strategy, or the hiring plan.                                                                2
• Drive continuous improvement of processes by pushing for measurable outcomes and fostering a culture of learning and growth.
• Help with change management, by leading the adoption of new tools, processes or practices across the department.
• Enable better collaboration between departments, being a well-identified communication bridge with external stakeholders.

About you

You will be the ideal candidate if you have:

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
• Bachelorʼs or Masterʼs degree in computer science or a related field.
• You are both a strategic thinker and a doer, you understand organizational strategy while keeping a hands-on approach to execution.
• You are tech-savvy with a solid understanding of the software development lifecycle, as well as the tools and platforms commonly used in engineering.
• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively both with engineering teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience in payment or finance solutions is a plus.
• Fluent in French and good level of English (at least B2 Independent User)
