The position

Job description

The objectives of the Merchant Activation team are:

  • to ensure high impact merchant onboarding experience for Retail Networks with Tiering based Level of Services
  • to boost onboarding & activation all along the merchant partnership, by setting up the most efficient operating model adapted to the merchant type (purchase channels, tiering)
  • Ensure that we reach and maintain our targeted activation KPIs, in terms of SLA, quality and generated TPV”

About the job

Under the Merchant Activation Manager, the Merchant Activation Specialist owns the responsibility to :

  • Deploy Retail Network with efficient project management and impactful retail training for small to mid-market accounts
  • Identify training needs and develop training plans in collaboration with the brands
  • Be the voice of instore staff inside Alma, give product feedback and verbatim from the final users (you'll have a goldmine in your hands)
  • Constantly enhance training, identify new formats, be proactive to remain on top of the game

About you

Alma and this position would be a right fit for you if:

  • you have 1-2 years experience in account onboarding, retail experience, or account management / care
  • you have relevant experience in a fast-paced environment
  • you are fluent in both French and English
  • you havetrong interpersonal skills: empathetic, curious, pedagogic, user-oriented
