We are looking for a dynamic and experienced People Operations Manager to lead our People Operations function during a maternity cover from June 2025 to early January 2026 on a part-time basis (60 to 80%). This role is key to ensuring a seamless employee experience, operational excellence, and alignment with business objectives. You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, drive data-driven HR strategies, and co-develop impactful people programs while managing a team of two.

 

About the mission

 

Your main missions will be : 

 

1) People Operations & Payroll (40%)

- Supervise the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring an

efficient and seamless employee experience

- Supervise payroll in collaboration with our providers (including EOR), ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Guide the People Operations team in delivering effective support to employees and managers on operational HR topics.

- Manage and develop a team of two, ensuring efficiency and growth within the function.

 

2) People Programs (40%)

- Co-develop and implement key people programs with the VP People, focusing on culture, engagement, performance, and talent management, ensuring meaningful impact for the business.

- Collaborate closely with People Partners, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure programs align with company strategy and needs.

 

3) HR Data & Technology (20%)

- Supervise HR data reporting, governance, and analysis to provide a data-driven approach to HR management and the business.

- Leverage relevant technologies to automate and enhance processes for greater efficiency and continuous improvement.

 

About you

 

- 10+ years of experience in HR, ideally in a tech, agile, or fast-paced environment. 

- Experience in leading people programs and driving HR projects.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in and zoom out, balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.

- Experience in HR data governance and analysis, with the ability to translate insights into action.

- Experience in HR systems (HCM, HRIS, Performance & Engagement tools)

- Knowledge about Lucca and/or Lattice is a plus.

- Experience in Payroll Supervision and French labor law at a proficient level - our collective bargaining agreement is the Syntec. Experience in other EU countries is a plus.

- Fluent in English.
