About the job

As the Sales Manager Outbound, you are responsible for driving new business by leading outbound sales efforts, optimizing sales processes, managing team performance, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing ongoing training and support to your team. Your focus is on creating and executing strategies that lead to increased lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.

About the mission

Reporting to the Head of Small & Medium Business Sales, you will be in charge of:

  • Lead & Motivate team: motivate, coach, and develop team members to enhance performance through regular monitoring. You are able to identify areas of improvement for your team members providing regular feedback, training, and mentoring to boost performance
  • Create & implement outbound strategy to generate leads, opportunities and close deals. You are at ease to chase new deals.
  • CRM Management: ensure accurate tracking of leads, prospects, and opportunities in CRM systems. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the sales funnel.
  • Collaboration with other Teams or Departments:
    • Alignment with Revenue Marketing: work closely with the marketing team to ensure alignment between outbound sales efforts and marketing campaigns. Provide feedback on lead quality and outreach tactics.
    • Collaboration with the Account Performance Manager team: ensure smooth handover of leads that convert to clients and collaborate with APM team to maintain customer satisfaction and upsell opportunities.

About you

Being a Sales Manager Outbound requires a wide skill set and a high level of energy:

Your experience

  • You have at least 5 years of experience with a proven track record in a Sales role.
  • You have at least a first successful experience as a Sales manager.
  • You have worked in an international and multicultural context, and you are fluent in both French and English (Spanish and German are a plus)
  • A previous experience in the tech and/or Payment industry is preferred.
