As one of the world’s most powerful global cities, London needs no introduction.
It’s a capital of commerce, finance, art, entertainment, media, culture, cuisine, fashion, sport, health care, transport and tourism. Home to over 300 languages, London’s population is as diverse as it is vibrant, rich and thriving. With new discoveries to be made every day, there is something for everyone.

There’s so much that makes living in London worth it. It’s super close to home so I can just hop on a train and visit my family. What I also really like is how diverse it is, you can meet people from all cultures in different neighborhood and that’s something I haven’t experienced as intensely anywhere else.
I live in Charlton in South East London, near Greenwich. I chose to live here to enjoy the best of both worlds: the excitement of London's city life and the tranquillity of a calmer neighborhood . My commute to Cannon Street takes only 20 minutes, and the train journey itself offers stunning views.
I usually take the train to work, but I'm intrigued by the Uber Boat service that runs between Greenwich and Queenhithe. It would be a fantastic way to switch up my commute and experience the city from a different perspective. I'm really looking forward to trying it out sometime soon.

The opportunities to listen to artists play live music. There are so many, such as the last Friday of the month at the Tate Modern Lates or simply in local pubs, where independent artists come and play.
I live in the Canada Water area. It's only 20 minutes from the City, one tube stop from Canary Wharf, very central! What's more, the area is very peaceful, with lots of parks and little canals. There are also plenty of small cafés and bars for evening and weekend outings.
The tube is super convenient from my home because I live just three stops away from London Bridge. Then I walk along the Thames to the office. But I strongly recommend using the Uber Boats which are super easy and allow you to see London from a whole new angle!

I believe that London itself is a very diverse city, that has lots to offer and can fit all tastes. As an opportunity to kick off your career, I would say London is top-notch both on your CV, but also on the experiences and things you will see - which will all contribute to your personal growth.
I currently live in Zone 1, between Tower Bridge and Aldgate East/Whitechapel. Not only is this a lively place with lots of things to do, but it also tends to be cheaper and allows me to have a very nice flat only 10 minutes away by bike from the office.

The best thing about living in London is that there's always something to do, from world-class museums and theatres to vibrant markets and diverse restaurants, ensuring you'll never be bored.
I live in Brixton, is it nice because it offers a vibrant cultural scene, diverse community, and excellent transport links. I can be anywhere in London in under an hour! All combined with a lively atmosphere rich with history and creative energy.
