Main responsibilities
The Paid Marketing Manager will be responsible for Ankorstore paid marketing campaigns on Social Ads and Search Ads.
Your role involves managing the marketing mix, ensuring operational excellence, and leveraging data-driven insights to optimize retailer acquisition performance for Ankorstore’s Marketplace.
Campaign Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Social Ads and Search Ads platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta, etc.).
Manage budgets to meet the team's target and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Ensure consistent messaging and branding across all Paid channels, in cooperation with the Brand Design team.
Oversee and ensure the accurate tracking and analysis of paid media campaigns using Google Analytics and Amplitude.
Performance Monitoring & Optimization:
Monitor and analyze campaign performance and report on Key Performance Indicators.
Drive ROI improvements by focusing on cost efficiency and lifetime value optimization.
Iterate on strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Brand Marketing, Sales and Product, to maximize your impact
Stay updated on retail trends and digital marketing best practices to keep our strategies ahead of the curve.
The ideal candidate has more than 2 years of experience with a proven track record in a similar role, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for driving business growth through effective marketing strategies.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Around 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of managing and optimizing paid marketing campaigns.
Strong expertise in Google and Meta Ads platforms and Google Tag Manager
Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
Proactive, results-driven, and eager to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
