About the role

Within the Growth Marketing team you will

  • Lead the paid media teams: 6 people and growing
  • Work cross functionally with brand and sales team to
    • Understand our business goals by market
    • Define supply and demand acquisition targets for each market
    • Help allocate overall marketing budget across online and offline channels
  • Help the paid media teams manage online campaigns across channels: Display, Search, Social, Youtube...
    • Allocating budget to reach acquisition targets by market within the CAC constraints
    • Optimising campaign performance and reallocating budget as needed
    • Test new platforms and inventory sources and identify where we can grow the business
  • Analyse and report performances to the leadership team and the country teams. Identify global insights - main wins, drops & opportunities - through regular performance analyses and clear dashboards & take actions from them.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in managing performance marketing budgets
  • Team management experience
  • Solid Digital Marketing knowledge (Growth, Performance, Data, Content)
  • Fluent in English

Other skills that would add value:

  • Experience managing brand campaigns
  • Fluency in German, Dutch, Swedish, Spanish, Italian (or any other European language is a plus)
  • Experience in B2B Strategies (Outbound & Inbound)
