Your responsibilities will include:

✅ Contracts & Transactions: Negotiate, draft, and manage SaaS agreements, customer/vendor contracts, and key business transactions.

✅ Strategic Legal Guidance: Advise leadership and business teams on commercial, regulatory, and strategic matters, helping scale our global operations.

✅ AI, Data & Cybersecurity Compliance: Ensure compliance with evolving laws like GDPR, AI Act, NIS 2, and DORA, working closely with the security team on SOC 2, ISO 27001, and FedRAMP certifications.

✅ Corporate Governance & ESG: Drive sustainability initiatives and enhance our ESG policies.

✅ Risk Management & Policies: Develop internal legal tools, policies, and training programs.

✅ Regulatory Watch: Stay ahead of emerging legal trends impacting AI, SaaS, and cloud computing.

What We’re Looking For

🍀 Legal Expertise: Master’s degree in law (civil/common law). LL.M or business/management degree is a plus.

🍀 Experience: 3-4+ years at a top-tier law firm or in-house (preferably tech/SaaS-related).

🍀 Knowledge: Background in privacy, data protection and IT law is a strong advantage.

🍀 Skills:

✔ Sharp negotiator with excellent drafting and communication abilities.

✔ Business-oriented mindset with a practical approach to legal challenges.

✔ Curious & adaptable, eager to tackle new legal and business issues.

✔ Fluent in English & French (both written and spoken).
