Assign and track bugs and Apiday tickets using our internal tools.
Manage and update Apiday’s public website.
Follow up on operational KPIs and help update dashboards.
Perform access reviews and security checks.
Assist in GDPR compliance efforts.
Send security reminders and help organize cybersecurity training.
Assist in the integration of new tools and track their adoption.
Help automate reporting and support quality assurance (QA) testing.
Contribute to technical documentation and internal best practices.
✅ What Makes You a Great Fit 🐝
Comfortable using ticketing and bug-tracking tools (Jira, Notion, etc.).
Basic knowledge of website management (CMS, HTML/CSS).
Interest in cybersecurity and compliance (GDPR, access review).
Scripting/automation skills are a plus (Python, SQL, etc.).
Autonomous & proactive – You don’t wait for answers; you find them!
Action-oriented – You love solving problems and getting things done.
Curious & organized – You’re rigorous and enjoy documenting your work.
🎓 Who We’re Looking For
Currently studying engineering, IT, or a related field with a strong interest in IT operations.
Some experience in IT support, security, or tech project management is a plus.
Fluent in English (we’re an international team!).
