About the role
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Operations Associate to join our second-stage rocket ship! 🚀

You'll be part of our young, dynamic finance team of four at a rapidly growing company! You'll take charge of new client onboarding, managing internal databases, ensuring accurate billing, maintaining client records, and supporting the Deal Desk Manager. Join us and be a key player in our journey to success with the opportunity to grow your career as the company expands!
You’ll report to the Deal Desk Manager and CFO.

Job requirements:

Must-have

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience:
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in sales operations, finance, or customer service.
  • Experience with client or customer support.
• Skills:
  Analytical, Communication, Organizational, Problem-Solving, Customer Service Orientation, Adaptability.
  

Nice-to-have:

• Familiarity in CRM software, such as HubSpot
• Familiarity with billing and subscription management tools.
• Experience with document management and e-signature tools.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Experience with financial reconciliation and understanding of MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) metrics.

Please note you will need a European valid visa/work permit to be eligible for the role.
