We are offering an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the B2B payments and credit industry. As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Aria, you will be a key player in driving our growth by identifying and engaging potential customers. Your main responsibilities will include generating leads, initiating conversations, and setting up meetings for our sales team. Through your excellent communication and relationship-building skills, you will help prospective clients discover the value of our cutting-edge B2B payment solutions. 📝 What You’ll Be Doing

If you’re excited by the following ⬇️ this is the role for you:

- Collaborate with the Growth Team to identify target businesses within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and introduce them to Aria.

- Arrange discovery meetings between Account Executives and potential clients, benefiting directly from successful meetings and new clients (£££).

- Manage your sales funnel meticulously, keeping track of client relationships and maintaining regular communication.

- Work with an internationally diverse, sociable, and dynamic team that has a clear vision and strategy.

- Contribute to continuous improvement within the SDR team by exploring and implementing new sales tactics.

- Develop into a well-rounded Sales Professional, ready to advance to an Account Executive (AE) role in the Payments Industry.

📍 Location

This role is based in London or Paris, with the flexibility to work from home. We ask that you spend a couple of days per week at our London or Paris office, collaborating with our team of dedicated professionals.

🧐 Who We’re Looking For

- Quick Learner: Eager to embrace a steep learning curve and rapidly gain new skills and knowledge. Ideal for junior sales people looking to grow and develop.

- Excellent Communicator: Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport easily and convey complex topics effectively. Previous experience in recruiting or software is a plus.

- Self-Starter: Proactive and driven, with the initiative to make things happen without needing constant direction. Your ability to take ownership and drive projects forward is crucial.

👍 Nice to Have

- Previous sales or recruiting experience.

- Experience working in a startup environment.

- Proficiency in an additional language such as French or German.
