Job Opportunity: Finance Project Coordinator

Position Context:

Joining our Finance Project Coordinator Team in Prague, Czech Republic, you will become responsible for administrative and controlling support on Capital Investment Projects for our client (leader in oil industry), oversee end-to-end process and play an important role in successful delivery of the Projects.

Based in Czech Republic, you will work with senior management, project managers and commercial managers and act as the point of contact for Order to Cash collection, Reporting of Value of Work Done and Capitalization of CAPEX.

Responsibilities:

  • Setup and maintenance of Capital Investment Projects in client`s ERP Tool (SAP), creation of Purchase orders on behalf of client
  • Control of supplier invoicing reports and invoices received.
  • Self-billing to client`s ERP Tool SAP
  • Monitoring of pass-thought bank accounts
  • Preparation of bank account flowcharts based on actual bank account statements in order to breakdown account balance, identify delayed payments, exchange rate losses / gains, follow-up on expected incoming / outgoing payments
  • Preparation of Payment Orders
  • Value of work done record to SAP and control of monthly accruals reported to client
  • Follow up on costs capitalization of delivered Projects, control of asset request forms and submit to client

Preferred experience

We require:

  • At least 1 year experience on similar administrative  / shared service center / finance position
  • Excellent communication skills - spoken and written
  • Excellent command of business English + second language as an advantage (French, German)
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft office, Microsoft Excel especially
  • An eye for detail
  • Strong ability to quickly learn and adapt
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Team player who is able to work independently at the same time
  • Knowledge of SAP R/3 is an advantage
