The position

Job description

As part of our growth, we are looking for someone who is passionate, curious and eager to contribute to healthcare access and join a dynamic, enthusiastic and friendly team. We are looking for a Senior Electroporation engineer to strengthen our Microtechnology team. The person recruited will be in charge of microfluidic electroporation module development projects, notably covering the following aspects:

  • Definition of specifications and projects’ drafts

  • CAD design (Fusion 360), numerical simulations (finite element analysis)

  • Prototyping (molding, lithography, assemblies, coatings …)

  • Carrying out and documentation of tests: microscopy, tests and measurements on test benches

  • Integration and testing under real conditions with other team members, in particular biological tests

You will interact with the team to challenge your work and that of others.
You will have a visibility on internal developments which will allow you to bring your experience and to reinforce it beyond your core missions.
The projects you will work on will be incorporated into complete systems integrating robotics, electronics, software, processes and biology: you will work in a multidisciplinary environment.
You will have regular discussions with other team members to ensure the interdependence and compatibility of your work with them.


Preferred experience

Technical skills

  • Proficient in French and English (orally and in writing)

  • Experience in microfluidic electroporation, preferably with a PhD degree

  • Experience in measurement data processing and statistical analysis

  • Experience in 3D design (CAD)

  • Experience in finite element analysis is a bonus
