Être stagiaire chez ATR, c’est être intégré au sein d’une équipe comme un membre à part entière avec un véritable périmètre d’intervention et des responsabilités. Vous serez rattaché à la direction support & Service, au sein des équipes Working Parties (service en charge des réparations sur avion en service à l’échelle mondiale).

Vous aurez la charge du développement de l’intranet de notre service sur la base de la technologie Sharepoint de Microsoft.

Descriptif des missions proposées

• Inventaire des données hébergées sur les divers points de stockage (disques réseaux, drives, cloud, etc…),
• Inventaire des besoins utilisateurs,
• Définition de l’architecture du site SharePoint et création de l’environnement,
• Définition des différents groupes utilisateurs et matrice des droits associée,
• Migration des données, mise en service et présentation aux équipes.

Ce stage est fait pour vous:

• Vous êtes en cursus IUT ou BTS, spécialisé dans les techniques de communication ou informatiques
• Vous maitrisez la technologie SharePoint et Microsoft365
• Vous aimez le contact humain et êtes ouvert à de nouvelles cultures,
• Vous avez un niveau A2/B1 en anglais (le site devant être en anglais),

Le processus de recrutement se passe en deux étapes après l’analyse de votre CV :

Vous recevrez une invitation par email à répondre à plusieurs questions. Nous aimerions que vous soyez vous-même, que vous vous détendiez et que vous profitiez de l'expérience.

• Entretien technique Manager : Dernière étape du processus vous y êtes presque ! Le responsable du stage vous contactera pour un entretien de validation.

What we will do together:

Being an intern at ATR means being integrated into a team as a full member with a real scope of intervention and responsibilities. You will have the opportunity to learn and develop your skills and experience within a market leading company! You will be working in the Support & Service department, as part of the Working Parties team (the department in charge of in-service aircraft major repair worldwide).

You will be responsible to implement our department's intranet, based on Microsoft Sharepoint technology.

Detailed description of the mission

• Inventory of data hosted on the various storage points (network disks, drives, cloud, etc.),
• Inventory of user requirements,
• Definition of the SharePoint site architecture and creation of the environment,
• Definition of the various user groups and associated rights matrix,
• Data migration, commissioning, and presentation to the user team.

This internship is designed for you

• You are studying for an IUT or BTS, specialized in communication or IT techniques,
• You're familiar with SharePoint and Microsoft365 technology,
• You enjoy human contact and are open to new cultures,
• You have an A2/B1 level in English (the website must be in English),
