Consulting within AXA Climate

Your mission as a carbon and climate consultant

As a carbon consultant, you will be able to work for all sectors we serve. Your main missions are :

  • To deliver, as a leader, consulting mission for our customers related to carbon footptint. For example, your clients will be Private Equity funds (and their portfolio companies), Development banks (and their financed projects), etc.
    The scope of the missions include: GHG footprint (scope 1, 2 and 3), reduction trajectory definition, SBT definition and submission.

  • To help build the carbon-related consulting offer for AXA Climate, and ensure we serve our clients with a valuable and unique approach. We beleive our various type of customer require different solutions to match their need.
    This part of your mission includes identifying potential tools and partners to work with. It also includes helping us grow the team.

  • To contribute to other consulting missions such as Climate Risks Screening, ESG Strategy/ESG Due Diligences or Climate Strategy Definition.


Preferred experience

  • Experience: You have at least 1 year of experience as a carbon consultant.

  • Your are rigorous, autonomous, and pay attention to details.

  • Carbon footptint: You are talented on carbon footprinting, you are familiar with the GHG Protocol and SBTi with a proven track record.

  • Project delivery: You are able to manage and deliver projects in time, with the right level of quality.

  • Content mastering: You are able to develop customised and practical solutions based on deep understanding of customer needs.

  • Client-centric: You like to resolve problems for clients and create a real partnership with the people you’re working for.

  • You are fluent in English.


Recruitment process

  1. Initial meeting with a leader of the consulting domain

  2. 2 interviews of 1 hour with people from the team

  3. Meeting with People domain (Human Resources)

  4. Final decision !
