In close relationship with the Domain Leader, the consultant will contribute to develop AXA Climate’s recognition in the Nature field by doing business development and direct contributions to consulting missions based on AXA Climate’s transversal expertise. The NbS Consultant will contribute to the following activities:

• Realise consulting missions for nature-based stakeholders: Climate risk screening, Biodiversity analysis, Cost-benefits analysis, insurance feasibility study, impact framework definition etc.

• Participate to commercial pitches and to the continuous improvement of the consulting offer for Nature.

• Contribute to maintain a close relationship with partners: regular updates, participation to workshops, events, identification of needs etc.

• Collaborate with the underwriting team to help drive Nature insurance and build innovative product for NbS projects.

• Work on funding mechanisms (grant, loan, others) from public agencies / development bank who have an entity dedicated on Nature. Identify the modalities and requirements, and best use according to project profiles.

• Contribute to share knowledge internally on NbS and promote ecosystem-based adaptation for AXA Climate’s clients.

Experience / Background:

• Top 5 French Business / Engineering school or international equivalent.

• Previous experience in consulting is desired.

• Background in environmental studies is an advantage.

• Ideally 2-4 years of work experiences

Languages

• Fluency English is required / French is nice-to-have but not mandatory.
