AXA Climate has 5 business units to support its clients and partners, based on expertise: Insurance, Training, Consulting, SaaS Products, and Regen. Globally, we are a team of +200 climate experts, headquartered in Paris, spread over 5 continents and driven by the same desire for impact. Our purpose is to help Planet Earth become a true stakeholder of all companies, in the same way that employees, customers and shareholders are!

Altitude is the brand of our SaaS business. Our purpose is Adaptation. We build solutions, for decision makers, to enable climate and environmental adaptation. Our products are tailor-made for each persona: Private Equity firms, Industrials, Agricultural cooperative, etc. We are +25 people working on it: product managers, designers, developers, business developers, etc.

We are autonomous within AXA Climate, but we work closely with the consulting teams dedicated to Financial, Industrial Services and Agri sectors. We strongly believe that success is collective and we play as one team.

Altitude Finance and Altitude Industry

Altitude for Finance is our first Altitude product, launched in September 2022. It is a platform dedicated for Infrastructure and Private Equity funds, enabling risk screening in pre-acquisition Due-Diligence, and enabling portfolio monitoring for reporting (such as TCFD). It is an innovative one-stop-shop for sustainability and investment teams, screening climate and nature-related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.

Altitude for Industrial is our latest Altitude product. Launched in September 2024, the platform supports industrial companies manage and mitigate risks across their value chain, report on environmental risks (including those required by CSRD), and define actionable adaptation strategies for their identified sites.

During first year we signed +50 clients, globally. It’s time for step 2, as we are planning to triple that in 2025.

Your mission as an Intern - Account Manager

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern to support our Key Account Managers in building and nurturing strong relationships with our financial clients across France, the UK, and the US.

As part of the Altitude Sales and Customer Success team, you will play a key role in assisting with the management and growth of client accounts.

Your main objective will be to support our Key Account Managers in developing and sustaining solid client relationships by fulfilling the following missions:

  • Assist with the onboarding and deployment of Altitude with our Private Equity and Industrial clients

  • Help maintain high levels of client retention through effective internal follow-up and communication.

  • Collect and document client feedback to support the Product team in improving our offerings

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Account Management as needed, ensuring smooth client interactions

  • Experience: Former internships in Saas/Financial/Environmental sector would be a plus

  • Organized and rigorous: you pay attention to details in the execution and the follow-up of missions

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Business and solution-oriented

  • Comfortable managing several tasks and challenges in a fast-paced environment

  • Interests in climate and environmental issues

  • Fantastic team player, with whom it is cool to work alongside

  • Fluent in French and English
