We are looking for an engaged and passionate SDR to sell Altitude Finance - our platform dedicated to Private Equity firms , launched in 2022. It is an innovative one-stop-shop for sustainability and investment teams, screening climate and nature-related risks and opportunities within minutes, very easy to use, and fully automated.
During first 2 years we signed +60 clients, in Europe and in the USA. It’s time for step 2, as we are planning to double that in 2025.
You would be joining a larger sales community (4 AE dedicated to Finance).
Your main goal will be to generate sales opportunities for Account Executives by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential prospects in order to grow the number of Altitude’s large clients in the Private Equity and Infrastructure industry globally.
Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in a sales development role, who is hungry for success and loves challenges. In addition to being very organised and analytical, you love investigating the customer needs and will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
To do so, you will be responsible of the following missions:
1. Identifying leads
Mapping the accounts with the right personas, with a focus on the UK, France and North America.
Managing data of the prospective clients in the CRM (Salesforce).
2. Prospecting
Organising your prospecting campaigns.
Launching multi-channels outbound campaigns.
3. Qualifying
Making sure the prospect fits our target profile.
Qualifying business opportunities.
The core team is based in Paris.
Experience: 1-2 years of SDR experience in B2B SaaS, including an international Sales experience.
Experience in Climate or Sustainability startup/scale-up is a strong plus.
Sales-oriented: You are a Sales person, you know how to identify new opportunities and close them.
Customer-centric & Consultative selling: You are curious, and like to resolve problems and create partnerships with the people you’re working for.
Fluent in English and French, additional languages are a plus.
Excellent listening and communication skills.
Organized and rigorous: you pay attention to details in the execution and the follow-up of missions.
Interest for Climate Change and ESG/CSR topics.
