We are looking for our next Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations apprentice as of September 2025 and at our AXA Headquarters!

Location : 25 avenue Matignon, 8th arrondissement Paris.

Within AXA GIE you will join the Group Strategy and Investor Relations teams as Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations apprentice.

What You’ll Do

Corporate Strategy team

• Participate in the execution of strategic initiatives and formalize recommendations for top management.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses, including market sizing and business planning.
• Conduct internal and external data gathering on the market, competition, and AXA.

Investor Relations team

• Support the preparation of performance and strategy documents for analysts and investors.
• Analyze competitors' strategic priorities, financial disclosures, and major announcements.
• Produce weekly sector reports and monitor analyst publications related to AXA and the insurance industry.

Who You Are

• At least 6 months experience in finance (M&A, PE, VC), consulting, and/or strategy, ideally in a financial services firm
• Rigorous, proactive and eager to learn about insurance
• Excellent verbal and written communication, fluent in English
• Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint, with an understanding of Bloomberg preferred
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills
