AXA GO is a young and dynamic division launched in 2019 and comprises 8,000 employees across 17 countries all around the globe from Paris, France to Pune, India. We are the ones providing advice, steering technological choices and giving AXA access to innovations that will support its transformation into a customer-centric tech-led company. For this, we work in close partnership with all AXA entities.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and structured Assistant Chief Of Staff to support the Chief of Staff to the AXA Group COO and AXA Group Operations CEO. This Assistant Chief Of Staff position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and strategic insight in executive support, project management, and corporate communications within a leading global organization, in close contact with top management.

The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, able to handle confidential information with discretion, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Main activities

You will work closely with all members of the Group and of AXA Group Operations to provide support to the Chief of staff to coordinate efforts and facilitate teamwork across AXA GO as well as across entities.

Under the direct leadership of the Chief of staff, key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders, helping facilitate communication and alignment between different departments and leadership teams

Communication & Presentations: Assist in creating high-impact presentations and reports for senior leadership, distilling complex information into concise, visually compelling formats

Strategic Project Support: Contribute to key projects and initiatives by providing support in planning, execution and tracking, working with teams across AXA

Meeting Participation: Participate in strategic meetings, preparing materials, capturing key takeaways, and supporting the follow-up on actionable items that influence AXA's strategic direction

Events / Communications preparation: Assist in drafting, coordinating and preparing internal and external communications or events in coordination with internal teams, ensuring messages are clear, concise and aligned with the strategic objectives

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve processes within the COO office, contributing innovative ideas to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Administrative support: Collaborate with the personal assistant to help prioritizing calendar management and travel coordination, ensuring smooth daily operations

Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion

Preferred experience

Qualifications

Master’s degree level qualification in Management, Economics or a related field

Previous professional experience in a multicultural context, ideally in an international company (preferably financial services and/or strategic consulting)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English – French desirable but not mandatory

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

High level of professionalism and a willingness to learn

Discretion and trustworthiness in handling confidential information

High degree of rigor and reliability, combining good analytical skills with the ability to summarize and select relevant information
