AXA Group Operations Germany GmbH provides state-of-the-art IT systems for the AXA Group - one of the largest insurers and asset managers in the world. Within the international network of powerful AXA data centers, our company has a solid presence in Cologne, Wiesbaden and Munich. In the Finance Department, we are responsible for controlling and accounting processes in close cooperation with international finance teams and operational IT teams. We cover all financial topics of a company and combine working in an international corporation with the responsibilities of a GmbH, providing an exciting and diverse working environment.

Preferred experience

What we expect from you:• Studies in Business Administration, Economics or related fields• Successfully completed preliminary exams, or correspondingly advanced Bachelor's or Master's degree• Enjoyment of analytical thinking as well as the pronounced ability to identify connections from large amounts of data• Ability to present economic facts in an illustrative way, evaluate them from a business policy perspective, and derive recommendations for management• Excellent communication skills• Excellent analytical skills• Secure handling of a programming language (Python or R) and SQL knowledge• Good skills in visualization tools, such as Tableau or PowerBI, would be desirable• Very good English and German skills in spoken and written language• Careful working style, proactive, interconnected thinking, commitment, team spirit, reliability, trustworthiness, and the ability to act across departments and countries
