Large Language Models demonstrate rapid improvement over last year. Join our project, where we built LLM Agent that operates on insurance problems. To improve agent capabilities, we are considering several directions of further work :

- Advanced LLM performance and capabilities evaluation;- Fine-tuning - to adapt models to specific applications;- Knowledge distillation - to transfer expertise from complex LLMs to more lightweight models;- Synthetic data generation - to help with adaption model to application in case of scarce data;- Controlled generation - to direct model in generation of properly formatted output;- Advanced prompt techniques - to improve LLMs performance in reasoning and problem solving;

Objectives:

- Work on in-house, LLM agents that operates on insurance problems- Improve different aspect of LLM agent capabilities- Test LLMs using different techniques and benchmarks; comparing techniques and benchmarks in application to our needs and reflecting specificities of domain- Develop new evaluation strategies and datasets to accommodate specificity of the domain- Read and implement state-of-the-art research papers related to LLM, Augment LLM and LLM agents- Propose, implement, and validate hypotheses for the project- Learn how to write industry-grade ML code

Required skills- Experience in Python- Familiarity with ML and DL techniques. Familiarity with Language Models is a plus- Experience with at least one deep learning library (PyTorch, Keras or Tensorflow) is a plus- Experience with one of LLM frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc) is a plus- Good communication skills
