We are looking for a talented Fund Analyst (m/f) to join our team, who is bilingual in German (spoken and written) and English.

Key Accountabilities

•        Assist the fund managers in the day-to-day management of the funds/mandates, including monitoring of the real estate portfolio and fund performance, financing, and liquidity management.
•        Transactions: Analysis of acquisitions and disposals, model cash flows using scenario and sensitivity analysis, participate to the financing and tax structuring,
•        Financing: Participate in defining the fund's financial policy (leverage, hedging).
•        Capital raising: Assist in the capital raising, through the preparation of presentations and support with answering investor queries.
•        Financial communication: Contribute to the preparation of the financial communication delivered to investors.
•        Performance forecast: update and adapt fund level business plans to forecast prospective fund return
•        ESG: Support with the advancement of ESG measures together with the asset management and ESG team, e.g. in the context of green ratings or (regulatory) reporting requirements.

Education/Qualifications

• Top business school, engineering school or university, specialization in finance or real estate is a plus.
• Previous experience(s) in investment banking, private equity or real estate investment fund

Knowledge and Skills

• Fluent English and German is mandatory (verbal and written).
• Strong interest in the financial and real estate sectors.
• Knowledge in financial engineering, corporate legal and accounting ideally within a real estate context.
• Advanced Excel skills (modeling) and powerpoint (presentation).
• Good presentation skills.
• Team spirit, rigorous, ability to work in a stimulating environment, curiosity about the subject, willingness to learn and develop in a constantly evolving environment.
