Are you a seasoned professional with a passion for managing international mobility to drive our global talent strategy?

Within Group HR, you will join our International Mobility Solutions team whose mission is to design, define and implement International Mobility strategy and offering as well as manage and coordinate international moves across Group entities and geographies through common international mobility platform, framework, and guidelines. The role of International Mobility Business Partner (IMBP) is instrumental in shaping the International Mobility landscape to drive our global talent strategy. 

Your job and daily missions:

  • International Mobility Policy: Contribute to the design, definition and implementation of International Mobility strategy and offering (including innovative solutions) through continued market watch. Ensure the application of IM policy, leverage best practices and bring forward improvement proposals based on business needs.
  • Relationship with entities: Main contact point for entities. Build trustful client relationship, ensuring a good understanding of the client’s talent strategy and business challenges. Focus on efficiency and assignee experience, bring forward solutions to escalations and ensure alignment with the ONE AXA approach.
  • Expertise advisory: Provide expertise advisory on most complex cases and ensures high quality work is delivered by the team on individual cases. Drive employee mobility cases with key stakeholders in HR, Recruiting, Legal and Finance to ensure precise execution while providing the right levels of transparency and advisory to the business.
  • Talent Management: Provide an International Mobility lens (through analysis/reporting) and advise in talent management initiatives/processes in coordination with dedicated Group HR teams
  • Management and coordination of providers, transversal processes, ad hoc projects/analysis
  • Team management

Preferred experience

  • Minimum of 10-year experience in HR within Rewards/International Mobility, in an international work environment,
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong technical skills in social security, immigration, tax and labour law fields
  • Ability to thrive in a multinational environment, managing multiple priorities while remaining pragmatic and result oriented, execution focused
  • Fluent in English, French or other language is a plus
  • Excellent people management skills
