As a Junior Strategy Project Manager, you will be at the heart of AXA LM's core business within the Strategy & Business Development team, in direct connection with the AXA Group GIE, AXA entities worldwide, and every AXA LM department (Actuarial, Finance, Risk Management teams). Reporting directly to the Head of Strategy & Business Development, member of the Executive Committee, you will be in charge of:
1) Strategic analyses to identify business opportunities:
Ø Participate in market studies;
Ø Realize in-depth studies for strategic prospects;
Ø Identification of differentiating factors to position the organization as a high value-added partner;
Ø Implementation of the prospecting approach and follow-up of the pipeline (regular contact with the sales and technical teams, partners and contributors);
Ø Assist in the drafting of commercial materials presenting our offers.
2) Responses to internal calls for tenders:
Ø Contribute to the preparation and follow-up of responses to calls for tenders;
Ø Prepare a summary for the internal kick-off, identify the steps and internal stakeholders, organize and monitor the progress of the process;
Ø Preparation of response materials to calls for tenders (commercial proposal, additional requests, etc.).
3) Operational deployments of new partnerships:
Ø Assist in the operational implementation of new partnerships: contractual documents, pitch deck, case studies, management, implementation of reporting to Excom Members and the Group, etc.
4) Strategic projects and communication:
Ø Support and assist the Head of Strategy with strategic presentations, initiatives and projects for Excom Members and the Group;
Ø Frequent interaction and engagement with senior stakeholders for the successful delivery of strategic initiatives and projects, often in a limited timeframe;
Ø Contribute to the formalization and sharing of thought leadership;
Ø Communication regarding the strategy to All Staff meetings.

Education:
Ø Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering School, Actuarial;
Competencies:
Ø You have a good organizational and project management skills;
Ø You have an interest/knowledge/experience in project management / coordination;
Ø You possess keen analytical and methodical skills;
Ø You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral with abilities to deal with all levels of management in a corporate manner;
Ø You possess an interest for sales, negotiation and relationship management practices to develop business with clients;
Ø You are proficient with the MS Office 365 environment (PPT, Excel, TEAMS, etc.).
Ø You are fully fluent in French and English, written and spoken. International experience is a plus.
