Job Purpose

Contribute to AXA IM Security, in the Operational Resilience field, by participating to the design and implementation of Business Continuity, Crisis and Incident Management including plans, policies and exercises for AXA IM on a global scale, in order to answer AXA IM clients’ expectations, AXA Group ambition and comply with Regulation.

Key Accountabilities

What: The main activities part of The Operational Resilience officer is:

  • To develop and maintain the implementation of the Global Operational – Incident and Crisis, physical Security management Framework and procedures at the expected level of requirement with:
    • The High-Risk Scenarios development
    • The Incident and Crisis Plan and Communication Plan development
    • The Operational Resilience Tests Program including BCP and Incident and Crisis exercises.
    • Providing Training & Awareness on incident response, crisis, and business continuity
    • The Third-Party Risk Assessment and Follow up.

How:

  • Do Regular Guidelines review: Stay up to date with regulations and standards; develop and maintain the Operational Resilience Framework.
  • Maintain Documentation and tools related to Incident and Crisis Management activities and contribute to Business Continuity Documentation.
  • Organize/participate to the Test program.
  • Report and follow up actions, mitigation plan and KPI
  • Level 2 controls.

The Operational Resilience Officer is a key pilar of AXA IM Security Strategy and has the full accountability of identifying and evaluating risks in the Operational Resilience field. He/She is a key interlocutor for businesses, analyses market trend, and anticipates regulatory upcoming changes. He/She ensures strong collaboration (not limited to) with IT, Internal Audit, Senior Management, Risk Management, Facilities, HR and Legal.

Education/Qualifications

  • Requires a bachelor’s degree, Academics in Risks, Operations are welcomed. Advanced degree preferred.

Experience

  • Experience in Asset Management/banking, financial services industry, in Risks, IT, Business Continuity and crisis management Activities.
  • Experience in Audits and Controls
  • Native English or fluent in English
  • With strong ability to communicate and influence at all levels of the organization.

Competencies

  • Autonomous, rigorous, extremely organized, committed and result oriented
  • Very good project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
