Position Overview

The Project Manager will play a critical role in supporting the Group COO & GO CEO and the Chief of Staff in managing day-to-day strategic priorities, stakeholder engagement, and governance. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to senior leadership, participate in high-impact initiatives, and contribute to shaping the future of AXA Group and AXA Group Operations. With a focus on operational excellence and strategic support, this role is ideal for a driven professional with 3–5 years of experience looking to develop in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.  

Key Responsibilities

1. Stakeholder Engagement and Governance* Act as trusted advisor to the Group COO together with the chief of staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective stakeholder engagement* Collaborate with the Chief of Staff to prepare and execute high-stake discussions, such as COO/CIO dialogues, and secure high-impact presentations for senior leadership* Support the preparation and follow-up of the Global IT ExCom governance* Facilitate the animation of the Group Operations chief of staff community2. Strategic and Communication Support* Support the preparation of high-quality internal and external communications, including speeches, memos, and interventions for the senior executive* Assist in the preparation of strategic briefs, agendas and content for Group stakeholders or for the senior executive for meetings with external vendors, entity visits, and key stakeholder engagements* Contribute to the development of strategic materials and support Group-wide initiatives3. Operational Support* Work closely with the personal assistant and Chief of Staff to secure prioritization and seamless management of the Group COO’s schedule* Provide hands-on support for organizing key events, such as seminars, learning expedition* Oversee the budget of the COO office division* Provide ad-hoc support across projects and initiatives as needed to ensure operational excellence

Preferred experience

Qualifications* 3–5 years of experience in a corporate environment, ideally with exposure to governance, communications, or senior stakeholder management.  * Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to synthesize complex information – French desirable* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.  * Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and deliver high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment.  * A proactive mindset with the capacity to think critically and solve problems.
