PRESENTATION OF THE CONTEXT / TEAM

Identity & Access Management Center of Excellence (IAM CoE) is part of Identity Global Products Line within Group CIO in AXA Group Operations.

IAM CoE is mandated to design, implement, deploy and operate globally shared products in IAM space for:

  • Employees working for AXA (I AM-Employee)
  • Users working for AXA business (I AM-Business)
  • Customer users of AXA (I AM-Customer)

As part of the One Identity Program which aims to build the IAM Next Generation framework, AXA has selected Saviynt solution in the cloud for its new Group Identity Governance and Administration platform. This new platform called “LISA” (Lifecycle of Identities and Secured Authorizations) aims at managing any identity of the Group (internal, external, robots), and their related authorizations.

JOB PURPOSE

IGP is looking for an IAM Business Analyst:

  • Overseeing and implementing quality assurance standards and processes within a project or team.
  • Leading a team of QA analysts, defining test plans, identifying defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality.
  • Continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance the overall effectiveness of quality assurance activities.
  • Implementing test automation systems and adapt testing approach to DevOps practices.

MISSIONS

Developing quality mindset in the department

  • Developing and implementing quality assurance standards and methodologies within the project or team.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development, product management, and business stakeholders, to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Identifying, documenting, and prioritizing defects, and working with development teams to facilitate their resolution.
  • Conducting risk assessments to identify potential areas of concern and mitigate quality-related risks.
  • Implementing and maintaining automated testing frameworks to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
  • Mentoring and coaching QA analysts to improve their testing skills and knowledge of quality assurance practices.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to communicate testing progress, quality issues, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Contributing to the establishment of a culture of quality within the organization, promoting best practices and continuous improvement in quality assurance processes.
  • Automate test cases to allow DevOps and decrease our product time to market 

Supporting quality insurance streams of Identity Projects

  • Leading a team of QA analysts, assigning tasks, and providing guidance on testing strategies and best practices.
  • Defining test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage of products or services.
  • Ensuring that testing activities align with project timelines and release schedules.
  • Monitoring and reporting on the progress of testing activities, including test execution, defect status, and overall product quality.
  • Providing input into the development of software or product design to ensure testability and quality considerations are addressed.
  • Participating in the review and refinement of requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure testability.
  • Conducting performance testing, security testing, and other specialized testing as required by the project or product.
  • Collaborating with project managers to ensure that quality assurance activities are aligned with project goals and milestones.

Monitoring quality of deliveries

  • Developing and maintaining metrics and key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of quality assurance activities.
  • Continuously evaluating and improving quality assurance processes, tools, and techniques to enhance overall testing effectiveness.
  • Providing input into the release decision process by assessing the overall quality and readiness of the product.

Preferred experience

PROFILE

Technical skills

  • Proficiency in test management tools such as JIRA, or similar systems for test case management, defect tracking, and reporting.
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium (preferred skills), Appium, or similar tools for automated testing.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or others, to script automated tests and understand code-based testing.
  • Familiarity with database management and querying using SQL to validate data integrity and perform backend testing.
  • Understanding of web technologies, APIs, and web services to conduct testing of web-based applications and services.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or others, to assess the performance and scalability of applications.
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN to manage test assets and collaborate with development teams.
  • Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or similar platforms to integrate testing into the development pipeline.
  • Understanding of mobile testing tools and platforms for testing mobile applications across different devices and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of security testing tools and techniques to assess the security posture of applications and identify vulnerabilities.
