Within this Department, you will be part of the Headquarters’ Reward & International Mobility team. As a Reward Specialist you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing innovative compensation and benefits solutions, ensuring a competitive and compliant offering for our diverse workforce across France, Spain, and Switzerland.

Your job and daily missions:

As Reward Specialist, you will Contribute to the reward related annual process for AXA Headquarters employees. Your main responsibilities will include:

Reward Processes:

  • Conduct and coordinate external market competitiveness comparisons, pay differentiation and internal equity analysis shaping our benchmark process. Provide benchmarking support to HR colleagues.
  • Conduct the global grading process.
  • Play a pivotal role in the annual compensation & promotion processes for the headquarter employees.

Individual Case Management:

  • Manage and advise on individual cases: Design individual packages in the context of new joiners, internal mobility, and international mobility.
  • Be a key stakeholder and subject matter expert on reward related topics for the scope you will be assigned.
  • Support & Work closely with the HR teams and give analytical support.

 Additional Responsibilities:

  • Create and update internal analyses and tools to support accurate and efficient decision-making.
  • Build analyses related to reward: bonus agreement, gender pay, compensation review outcomes, etc.

Preferred experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Reward specialist.
  • Strong technical capabilities using Excel & compensation tools.
  • Ability to work closely with stakeholders and build collaborative relationships.
  • Fluent English: writing and speaking skills. French is an asset.
  • Analytical thinking and faculty to work with large data sets from different sources.
  • Potential to understand and analyze complex topics.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and propose processes improvements.
  • Strong organization skills, with capacity to adapt to urgencies and priorities.
  • Experience of working in multinationals organizations with matrix management structures.
