AXA GO is a young and dynamic division launched in 2019 and comprises 8,000 employees across 17 countries all around the globe from Paris, France to Pune, India. We are the ones providing advice, steering technological choices and giving AXA access to innovations that will support its transformation into a customer-centric tech-led company. For this, we work in close partnership with all AXA entities. 

YOUR MISSION

Part of it, into the “Network & Messaging product” team, a web gateway solution to secure and filter all the accesses to and from Internet: this solution is entitled Secure Email, which is currently based on Proofpoint vendor solution.

The product supports around 185000 users, all go datacentres  and more than 40 operational compagnies. 

The product is at the crossroad of major AXA GO programs and exposure of the product implies high visibility across the group.

Product management

  • Coordination and steering of partners and vendors for the Email Gateway Security capabilities:
  • Ensure consistency and standardisation among Cyber Defense and Group Operations products with regards to architecture, governance, product lifecycle and performance, operations, market interaction, entity engagement, etc.
  • Maintain strategic KPI framework
  • Perform Product budget planning, forecast and closing

Delivering value proposal to entities and group stakeholders

  • Develop and manage the relationships with AXA entities on security products
  • Communicate and evangelize the products delivered by Cyber Defense including presentations and organization of events
  • Manage communications and expectations with internal/external stakeholders
  • Prepare and maintain product decks for various stakeholder
  • Communicate/explain the tactical roadmap on a regular basis to the entities and management

Product Development and Enhancements

  • Gather business requirements, manage prioritisation and trade-offs among conflicting priorities
  • Enhance the product and existing capabilities in alignment with business needs and security requirements, improve service level objectives and quality of service
  • Work with the internal technology teams and external partners to ensure maximum risk reduction is obtained from the product capabilities
  • Work with AXA Group Procurement to manage the relationship with key vendors, understanding of contract mechanisms, commercial discussions on new projects, contract renewals, financial follow up, SLAs, escalations
  • Define, defend, manage and follow the budget usage
  • Support AXA entities to develop plans to transition to globally selected products provided as part of Group service catalogue
  • Drive the delivery of the service and operations

Roadmap

  • Create, own and maintain the tactical product roadmap, including ongoing product strategy, product planning, design and requirements development for new features and functionalities based on stakeholder inputs
  • Cultivate positive relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape, support, and execute product roadmap
  • Manage relationships with partners, vendors and suppliers to understand their current product lines and influence their future product roadmaps and service offerings to improve internal product offering
  • Act as a liaison between operational teams, AXA entities and other product stakeholders to drive roadmap implementations
  • Work with Security Design and Technology team to ensure consistency between the tactical roadmap and the strategic roadmap
  • Ensure the alignment of product’s roadmap with the group’s one

Team management

  • Ensure unity and standardization through coordination, communication, and collaboration between the teams in charge of the Service, the Strategy, the Program and the Run
  • Support the proxy product team in their activity by managing escalation, decision making, answering questions, and defending them whenever needed.

  • Network & Messaging product line includes IPS/DDOS/WAP/Secure Email and Secure Web access products

Stakeholders

  • Internal actors: Group IT and Cyber Defense teams, Group Security, Entities, Group Procurement, Group Finance, GO Markets, GO Partnership Office, Security Operations Center operational teams
  • External actors: vendors, professional bodies, industry peers

  • Experience in Information Security > 5 years
  • Experience in IT > 10 years
  • Knowledge of IT environments
  • Knowledge of email security concept
  • Ability to function effectively in a matrix structure.
  • Operate comfortably at management level!
  • Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong networking skills
  • Team player
  • Apply analytical rigor to understand complex business scenarios
  • Professional and positive approach
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to go the extra mile when required
  • Cross cultural sensitivity, flexibility
  • Fluent in English
  • Post-graduate degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Computer Science, or a closely-related subject
