Job Purpose

The SAM team manage, design and structure ad hoc solutions for institutional and retail clients. Solutions are mainly multi asset, quantitative and use derivatives (from simple to more complex). Most of the products offer a hedge to some risks (could be some drawdown hedging, including protected products, FX hedging, etc…). The team also managed some optimized solutions to cope with regulatory constraints (eg. Solvency 2 for insurers) as well as index funds over some well-known as well as some customized indexes, in the same quantitative and optimized way. The team is also managing ETF. The business is currently growing.

Key Accountabilities

The PM we are recruiting would specifically:

• Manage protected solutions and overlays mandates
• Be the back-up on the structured funds and other solutions with derivatives
• Structure and design solutions for our clients, re-structure, keep the solution flexible and participate to the launches in collaboration with legal and ops teams. Answering RFPs.
• Client’s facing: investment committee, performance explanation
• Collaborate with the ops team to check the portfolios accuracy

Role Requirements

Education/Qualifications

• Master in Finance / Engineering schools / Business schools

Experience

• 7-10 years including:
• Experience on overlay / derivative management PM.

Knowledge and Skills

• Maths / finance / derivatives (listed and OTC including structuring skills if possible)
• Team spirit / coordination capacity (work with a lot of teams) / Rigor / Commercial skills
• English speaker
• if possible knowledge on structuring (including on European fund regulation / EMIR)
