Within the Group, you will join the Group Talent & Learning Department.

Within the Group Talent & Learning Department, you will work as part of the HR GIE team which main missions are:

Oversee specific Talent Acquisition projects encompassing Talent Attraction, candidate experience, onboarding, and Talent analytics in line with the HR roadmap of AXA headquarters, as part of the GIE HR team.

Your pivotal role will involve closely assisting in managing the hiring process, monitoring its progress, ensuring operational efficiency, and making significant contributions to key deliverables.

Main responsibilities

  • Be the owner of all data related to the Talent Acquisition process, ensuring qualitative data consolidation and reporting to different stakeholders on a regular basis, monitoring main TA KPIs (Hiring status, Time to hire, Diverse slate…) and support internal processes such as sourcing committees when relevant. 
  • Efficiently coordinate and deploy GIE AXA Talent Acquisition transformational projects or initiatives, ensuring the follow-up of accompanying action plans.
  • Ensure coordination and execution of our onboarding process.
  • Assist in implementing a wide range of strategic activities to support Talent Acquisition priorities.
  • Own and ensure process compliance according to our guidelines and policies.
  • Prioritize and address issues and requests, providing timely counsel and key updates whenever needed.
  • Prepare and organize material and presentations for key stakeholders and ensure thorough follow-up.

Preferred experience

Skills & Competencies:

  • 2-3 years of experience in project management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Pack, especially Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and comfortable interacting with senior management.
  • Adaptable, learner, open to change, creative and eager to take initiatives.
  • A team player with a cooperative approach, capable of gaining the trust and support of peers.
  • Skilled in advocacy and persuasion.
  • Organized, with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
