Bringing together seven teams with a wide range of expertise (IT, Data and Emerging Technologies, Security, Finance, Strategic Programs, Procurement and Sourcing, as well as AXA Business Services), we are the ones providing advice, steering technological choices and giving AXA access to innovations that will support its transformation into a customer-centric tech-led company. For this, we work in close partnership with AXA entities.

PURPOSE
Support the main Product (POD Product) of the Backend & Infrastructure Product Line, but also supporting others intermediary Products, you will be in charge of Financial model (costing and recharching), business cases, control of volumes between other AGO products and entities forecast.
You will be in direct contact with Finance team to support, optimize the costing model and able to answer and drive all relative financial topics for our Products. Also, in direct contact with the Markets and/or entities to explain cost of our Products. You will be also in direct contact with our Product Managers, to align TOM, RACI, documentations and communities.
DOMAIN PRESENTATION
The Backend Infrastructures products team is accountable of the full lifecycle of IT solutions like Compute, Storage and Backup environments. AXA GO needs to deliver to manage VM with the right level of QoS and Security, on Premise or in the Cloud (IaaS). Moving to the Cloud, Backend Product is also accountable to migrate existing local Technical Services to Global solutions in the right target location in alignment with the Network and DC strategy while decommissioning former legacy.

IT Services serves entities and markets segments as the catalysts for Cloud adoption and the industrialization of operations, while optimizing costs.
The target organization aims to provide predictable, easy - to - work - with and efficient IT services.
Main Activities
• Provide Financial information about the budget, forecast, actuals, and reporting.
• Forecast capacity vs. demand to identify shortfall or excesses of the resources, streamline workflow for resource requisition and allocation
• Ensure projects are prioritized and aligned to short and long-term goals of the product line
• Ensure that the right people have access to the right information to make proper decisions
• Liaise with the Product Managers and FDMs of other programs to ensure alignment
• Ensure accurate and appropriate reporting to stakeholders
• Ensure decision and information or cascaded appropriately within product team
• Communicate with internal stakeholders to answer questions and check alignment
• Support the teams in documenting and preparing appropriate deliverables
• Coordinate and prepare governance bodies for scope of activities
• Produce meeting minutes / syntheses

EXPECTED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in the areas of project portfolio management and/or strategic project management office.
• Strong interest and appropriate knowledge on IT architecture, software developments and data management
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Financial Product concept (Business case, costing & pricing model)
• Knowledge of AXA tools & systems is a plus (for internal candidates only).
• Experience in a complex transformation environment and complex programs.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills. Reliability and accuracy of analyses as key factors.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in supporting Agile programs.
• International experience and cross functional skills.
• Be comfortable in a highly dynamic environment and promote change.
