As Head of Investor Relations & Fundraising at Axeleo Capital, you will play a key role in developing and executing our capital-raising strategy, managing relationships with current and prospective LPs, and positioning Axeleo Capital within the French and European investment ecosystem.

Your primary responsibilities will include fundraising for existing and new funds, overseeing investor communications, and ensuring best-in-class LP engagement.

You will work closely with the firm’s leadership team to drive growth and expand our network of institutional investors, family offices, corporates, and fund-of-funds.

Main focus : i) France, Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland ii) Germany, UK, Spain, Italy, Netherlands

We are looking for a highly motivated professional with a strong track record in investor relations, fundraising, or capital development within the venture capital, private equity, or asset management industry.

The ideal candidate should possess:
✔ 7+ years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or a related investment role.
✔ A deep understanding of the French and EU LP landscape, fund structuring, and capital deployment strategies.
✔ A proven ability to engage French and EU institutional investors, family offices, and strategic partners.
✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in French, English (an other european langage is a plus).
✔ Strong product mindset, capable of handling financial reporting, investor materials and positionning Axeleo Capital on new private market products.
✔ A high level of autonomy and strategic thinking, with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
