The position

Job description

To support the engineering team of our customer, We are looking for a Process control engineer.
You will be integrated to the engineering team located in Krakow in Poland and you will be involved on european projects.
Your tasks:
Performing design tasks for Process Control for Electrolyser projects;
Contribution in preparation of Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams;
Contribution in review meetings (HAZOP etc.);
Development together with Process engineer Process Control design as e.g: P&IDs, Interlock & Permissive/Cause and Effects;
Preparation of Functional Diagrams/Logic Diagrams;
Development in technical design for control and safety systems hardware and software;
Verification of project documentation with respect to its completeness and accordance with standards, branch regulations and contract requirements;
Participation in the Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT, SAT)
Coordination of Package Units, interfaces to other discipline, client and vendors;
Development of innovative and creative Process Control solutions for our customers, contributing to the further development of new technologies.
Supervision of pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up on site for customers around the world;


Preferred experience

Master's degree in Instrumentation or Chemical Engineering;
Experience in a plant engineering company as Process Control engineer;
Ability to work independently on the preparation of proposals and execution of projects for process control scope for domestic and international projects;
Fluent in English, knowledge of German / French or other languages would be appreciated;
Applications such as MS Office, AutoCAD, use of Smart Plant;
Eager to work in a multi-cultural team, willing to travel short and long term ( 1-3 months) for commissioning and start-up activities;
High interpersonal skills.
