2 years ago, we successfully launched Back Market Pro, a platform designed to serve small and large companies by selling them refurbished IT hardware such as smartphones, laptops, and tablets for their employees. We count in our customers Strategic Partnerships across France and the US, as well as other Small & Medium Business customers.

As we scale further, we thrive to always serve our customers better and monitor our activity to drive the right strategy. In this ambitious context, we are looking for an intern to help us progress on the right data we need to have available, the way we collect and visualize it to drive the relevant actions.

YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇

  • Build and rebuild KPIs and dashboards using SQL and Tableau to improve how we monitor our performance and therefore how we take decisions.
  • Support defining targets and building strategies from analyzing performance for all teams across multiple data points: quality, supply, product, marketing.
  • Help build the data infrastructure (data collection + table creation + maintenance) necessary to bring the KPIs to life.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic decision and share your insights to the senior managers (ex : launch of a new feature, launch of a new payment method, category extension, etc.)
  • YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐

  • Looking for a 6-month internship
  • English is a no-brainer (fully professional capability)
  • First experience as a Data analyst or in Consulting
  • Great analytical skills to identify key business insights & can share recommendations through impactful visualizations
  • Very comfortable with data, you know how to use Excel and Dataviz tools are no secret to you (Ideally Tableau)
  • Good command of SQL, Python is a plus 
  • You are an amazing team player ready for a  fast-paced work environment, have good communication skills and a lot of drive with a can-do / will-do attitude
