The position

Job description

This is a hands-on position. You are a manager and a producer. You will work independently and with team members. Your mission will be to apply best in class SEO optimisations to rank our German/Austrian website in top of Google Results, and our brand in our consumer’s heart.
You’ll be in charge of implementing the SEO strategy to increase our website’s visibility on all our semantical area.

Your Mission (If You Accept It):

  • Work with our SEO team to define strategies that can grow our visibility and business. This can be achieved by :

  • Conducting semantical audits to detect ranking opportunities;

  • Creating and/or optimise our SEO content in order to improve our organic traffic;

  • Partnering with websites and influencers to grow up our popularity

  • Set up and proactively manage projects that align to our strategic goals

  • Effectively track, prioritize, manage, and report on deliverables, assignments, and issues related to a given project.

  • Participate to our weekly progress meetings to discuss our worldwide strategy and share with our European/US team key learnings.

  • Create content and lead content agencies to get the best value they can provide in the execution of tasks and processes, ensuring quality and deadline adherence.


Preferred experience

  • You have a Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • You are native German with great English skills
  • You have at least 2 years of experience in SEO Project Management
  • You have demonstrated success in conducting SEO keywords/linking analysis
  • You have experience optimising content using multiple CMSLeading multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • You have the ability to analyze, interpret, and present data in meaningful ways
  • You have superior written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and accuracy

It’s A Plus If:

  • You have knowledge of best practices for SEO visibility and optimization
  • You have experience using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
  • You have working knowledge of HTML and content management systems, including WordPress
